It’s the spot where the city’s big cultural moments happen, like the opening and closing nights of the Seattle International Film Festival, pretty cool, right? I mean, back in 2001, they even showed Rent there, which was a huge deal for the local arts scene. The place isn’t just a pretty face either; it’s been recognized countless times for its contribution to Seattle’s arts and entertainment landscape.
